What happens on this site
The compatibility check and sample display run in your browser. When you submit the beta form, D3 Hospitality receives your email, telemetry software choice, glasses choice, and contact consent. These details are stored in our dedicated Supabase project to review interest and contact you about beta access. This site’s own code does not set analytics cookies. The hosting provider may process access logs to serve and protect the site.
Request limits use a one-way keyed hash of your network address in hourly rate-limit records. Records older than 24 hours are cleared when new requests arrive. Your raw network address is not saved in the request table. Hosting and API providers may process their own security logs.
We do not sell beta-request data or use it as permission for unrelated marketing. Email us to withdraw your request or ask for deletion.
Your account
Supabase processes your email address, authentication identity and session records to provide account access. With Google sign-in, Google shares your basic account identity, which can include your name and profile image. RedCambria requests only openid, email and profile scopes; it does not request access to Gmail messages, Drive files or contacts. The website stores an authentication session on this browser so you can return signed in. Google handles your Google password; RedCambria does not receive it. If email and password authentication becomes available, Supabase Auth handles that password and confirmation/recovery emails. Authentication data is not placed in the beta-request table. Signing up does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing or start billing. Contact us to request account deletion.
Google sign-in
When you use Google sign-in, we use only basic identity information (email, name and profile image) to create and secure your RedCambria account through Supabase. We do not request access to Gmail messages, Drive files or contacts. Account access does not enroll you in marketing. You may request account deletion at the contact address below.
Marketplace preview
The race marketplace is a local interactive demonstration. Saved sample entries are stored only in this browser; they do not reserve a real event. You can remove them in the preview. No wallet, deposit, wager, transferable asset or payout is provided.
Your rig and pairing
The connector and supported client store pairing state locally. This website does not receive your pairing key. Supabase stores the Windows installer privately. Download requests validate your confirmed website account before streaming the file; your rig pairing is separate.
Contact and future services
If you email D3 Hospitality, your message and contact details are used to handle that request. Billing and tester evidence upload services are not live on this site; their data practices will be described before they launch.
